A mixed used re-generation scheme to create six luxury apartments along with modern retail space on the ground floor.

 

We were contracted by the award winning developers Citu, to help regenerate the dilapidated Grade II listed Green Lane Works which forms part of the Little Kelham site located in the Kelham Island area.

 

The development will form part of a larger £13 million pound scheme to provide a sustainable community with over 100 houses, community arts spaces, creative workshops and local shops.

We are proud to be part of this exciting regeneration project that seeks to incorporate this in a sustainable re-envisioned future for the area.

The entrance to Green Lane Works near the city centre has been derelict since the steel works closed. It's been described as one of the most import buildings of its kind in Europe.
