JWT Builders was established in 1985 and has successfully specialised in house extensions and bespoke house builds. In 2005 we changed the company to a limited company and expanded into developing our own sites. We also began working in partnership with private clients developing their sites, enabling their visions to be become reality.

Minimising the consumption of energy and resources in our developments and where practical, using materials that are renewable, recycled or re-usable.

Health & Safety is all about preventing people from being harmed at work by taking the right precautions and providing a satisfactory safe working environment. There are Health & Safety rules which require all of us not to put ourselves or others in danger. The law is also there to protect the public from workplace dangers. At JWT Developments we are able to provide a full design and build package, tailored to individual client needs and specifications with the reassurance of professional indemnity insurance and national warranty providers.

RENOVATIONS

We are able to fully restore withstanding buildings into characterful or contempoary homes inkeeping with clients visions whilst introducing some of own unique ideas.

LAND ACQUISITION

Due to the increasing demand for housing, we are continuously seeking new plots of land which we are able to develop into a project of our own or on behalf of a client.

INTERIOR DESIGN

In our projects, the interior is equally as important as the exterior and we take the time to ensure it is done to the highest specification using quality suppliers, who we have built relationships with over the years.

We fully take on board client input but alternatively we are more than happy to showcase our keen eye for detail and abilities in simplistic and classic interior design.
